About Our High School Prep Clinic
Our all-new Prep Clinic is designed to help players achieve peak skills and fitness ahead of High School soccer tryouts. Led by experienced professional coaches, our on-the-ball instruction and physical conditioning regimen will help you put your best foot forward.
Six 90-minute Wednesday sessions conclude immediately prior to High School tryout season.
Program Focus:
- Footskills. Build skill and self-confidence on the ball.
- Conditioning. Achieve peak fitness with a focus on speed and agility.
- Position-specific GK preparation. Learn from certified GK coaches.
- Shooting drills. Increase your goal-scoring opportunities.
- Small-sided games. Compete under pressure against your peers.
