Commemorate your player's soccer career with a portrait!
Each season, long-time partner Olson Photography hosts professional portrait sessions for our Rec teams from Pre School through Grade 6. Sessions are held on Saturdays, April 26, May 3, and May 10 before or after scheduled games.
ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS
- Create an account at www.olsonphotography.com.
- Use Access Code DEANF to enter the Loudoun Soccer store.
- Select and purchase your photo package(s). (Create a separate order for each child being photographed.)
- Keep your child's order number (sent by text and email) to provide to the photographer on Picture Day. This will ensure that your order and your child's photo match up.
- Completed photo packages will be distributed by your coach 1-2 weeks after Picture Day.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Confirm your picture session with your coach, as schedules may change.
- Even if games are canceled or fields are closed, Picture Day remains as scheduled!
- Order online BEFORE your team's picture day for the best value.
- Pictures ordered day-of will incur additional charges and must be paid for on-site via cash or check (no credit card payments for day-of orders.)
- Coaches receive a team photo as a thank you for their hard work and dedication. Thank you, coaches!
- Coaches who need to reschedule their picture reservation should contact Olson Photography directly at (703) 392-7551. Loudoun Soccer does not reschedule reservations.
