TECHNICAL POSITIONS:
CHIEF SOCCER OFFICER
Loudoun Soccer Club is seeking a Chief Soccer Officer (CSO) to provide visionary leadership and technical direction across all soccer programs, from Recreation through Elite levels. Reporting directly to the CEO, the CSO will oversee the holistic development of players, coaches, and teams, ensuring technical alignment, coaching excellence, and a clear, club-wide player development pathway consistent with the Club’s mission of Developing Champions for Life. This senior leader will play a central role in advancing the Club’s long-term strategy, including the ambitious World Class by World Cup initiative, while fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performing culture. The CSO will lead and mentor the technical staff, manage curriculum and coaching education, collaborate on facilities and budgeting, and serve as the Club’s primary technical representative to external soccer organizations—all while upholding Loudoun Soccer Club’s core values of Fun, Teamwork, Integrity, Stewardship, Fairness, and Inclusiveness. TRAVEL COACH
Loudoun Soccer's Technical Staff are interviewing motivated, qualified coaches for our Travel Program. Successful candidates should have 2-4 years' youth soccer coaching experience, as well as USSF license credentials. Loudoun Soccer enjoys a robust technical and operational infrastructure supporting coaches throughout the seasonal year. A full description can be found here. PARK STAFF:
Loudoun Soccer is seeking a PT Park Staff Attendant at Loudoun Soccer Park, a turf-field facility in Leesburg, VA. Working evenings and weekends, the Park Staff focus on field setup, opening/closing procedures, daily facility upkeep and safety, concessions as needed, lighting, and other operations tasks as needed. Must be able to lift 50lbs. 21+ year of age is a plus. The successful candidate is a responsible, problem-solving self-starter. Competitive pay and flexible hours in a fun, energetic environment.
