Gregg Melanson has been part of Loudoun Soccer for nearly a decade, first getting involved as a volunteer coach when his children joined the club before moving onto the Board in 2026. A longtime Loudoun County resident and active community volunteer, Gregg brings 36 years of professional experience in organizational leadership, service delivery, and transformation across IT, hospitality, and professional services. On the Board, he plans to focus on events and fundraising, guided by his belief that it’s “kind of fun to do the impossible”
