Loudoun Soccer U8 Parent Travel Pre-Tryout Meeting

Date: Monday April 21st

Location: Heritage High School Auditorium (520 Evergreen Mills Rd, Leesburg, VA 20175)

Time: 8pm-9pm

This meeting will provide information for current U8 Soccer Parents about the U9 Travel Program in Loudoun Soccer for 2014/15.  All parents who are considering having their child tryout for Loudoun Soccer’s U9 Travel Program are strongly encouraged to have a parent representative at this meeting.  The meeting is open to the public.

 

Loudoun Soccer 2014/15 Travel Tryouts

Loudoun Soccer is excited to announce the 2014/15 season Travel Tryout schedule for boys and girls age groups U9-U19.

2014/15 Tryouts for U9 players will begin on Saturday, May 3
Registration for the U9 age group is open!



All current and prospective players must register prior to tryouts. Tryout registration is online and free of charge.

 

Loudoun Soccer College ID Camp
Loudoun Soccer will be hosting the College ID Camp June 20-22, at the Loudoun Soccer Park.  The camps instructors will consist exclusively of Men’s and Women’s College Coaches and is open to boys and girls in the Under-15 through Under-18 age groups that are interested in playing college soccer.  Each day two different college coaches will be directing sessions and evaluating players in scrimmages, so each player will be exposed to six different coaches over three days.  The schedule for the Loudoun Soccer College ID Camp will be as follows: read more ...

Loudoun Soccer Residential Camps - Summer 2014

The residential camps will be held at Foxcroft School in Middleburg VA.  The Foxcroft facility is top class and includes an indoor gym, four outdoor soccer fields, an Olympic size swimming pool, air conditioned dorms, and excellent dining facilities.

  • SESSION I : Sunday July 13th- Wednesday July 16th  U9-U12 players (including Goalkeeper Academy)

    Dates: Wednesdays 4/9, 4/23, 4/30, 5/7, 5/14, 5/21, plus make up date to be determined.
    Location: Bolen Park

    Times: 4:45pm-6:00pm – U9-U12 Girls
              6:00pm-7:15pm – U9-U12 Boys

              7:15pm-8:45pm – U13/U14 Boys & Girls

      2013 Travel Tryouts

      About Loudoun Soccer Travel Program

      The Loudoun Soccer Travel program provides the opportunity for boys and girls to participate in a competitive youth soccer environment that promotes excellence and sportsmanship. Loudoun Soccer currently fields 80+ travel teams in the U9 through U19 age groups. Travel teams train a minimum of twice per week and play games primarilyon Sundays, with some Saturday games throughout each season. Loudoun Soccer travel teams compete in one of four leagues: Club Champions League (CCL), Washington Area Girls Soccer League (WAGS), National Capital Area Soccer League (NCSL) or Old Dominion Soccer League (ODSL).

      Loudoun Soccer offers a number of academy training programs for its travel players that focus on a variety of technical, tactical and physical areas, specific to positions or requirements of the game. The Technical Training Academy programs (TTA) is available to the U9 through U14 travel players and covers a wide variety of skills including first touch, individual foot skills, 1v1, street soccer, plyometric and speed and quickness (SAQ) training with the ball. Loudoun Soccer also offers two position specific academy programs - Goalkeeping Academy and Striker Academy.
