About TDP

TDP is Loudoun Soccer's new program which gives players the opportunity to grow and develop their confidence on the ball.  Our specifically designed exercises provide loads of repetition with the ball, while providing certified SAQ training to help players improve the physical ability on the pitch. Our 60 minute training sessions will include technical instruction from Loudoun Soccer USSF certified coaches. Training exercises will combine a focus on game-related individual exercises  focused on game-related scenarios.

SAQ training focuses on building stronger, faster athletes with more mobility for the upcoming season. The program is designed to have you moving and feeling better, while improving speed and strength. This allows you to become a better player by maximizing your time on the field while reducing your chance of injury.

TDP is designed for players who are serious about improvement. Each minute is accounted for and is aimed at maximizing development.
