SPEED AND AGILITY PROGRAM

Loudoun Soccer is excited to announce we are rolling out Speed and Agility programs for our athletes! We have partnered up with TrueAP, an established local Speed and Agility vendor, to take our players to the next level.

TrueAP 

TrueAP and their President Rob Rose have been developing athletes in Northern Virginia since 1997!  As a athlete who grew up in Loudoun County (Park View) and went to school in Fairfax (GMU), Rob has a special connection to the development of our local athletes.TrueAP-Logo2

Rob and his staff are considered experts in athlete performance training and have developed themselves through accredited Athlete Training Certifications and degrees in the field of Exercise Science.

On top of providing efficient, effective and sport specific program designs, the implementation of our state of the art training app (TAP Online), TrueAP also takes great pride in developing a strong personal relationship with their athletes, coaches and parents.

Athletic Testing Days

Athletic Testing Days are periods in which players will undergo a series of strength and conditioning, acceleration, speed, quickness and balance tests to provide a baseline evaluation with the goal of improving performance throughout the year. Our athletes are strongly encouraged to attend one of these sessions.

Seasonal Programs (Fall, Winter, Spring)

Loudoun Soccer, in association with TrueAP Athletic Training, now offers all-new seasonal Strength and Speed and Agility training programs for athletes interested in improving their on-field performance through increased athleticism.

Clinics are available for players born between 2000-2010, both boys and girls, and both Travel and Rec.
