LEESBURG, VA (October 2018) – Loudoun Soccer is pleased to announce the newly appointed Junior Board of Directors for 2018-19. Junior Board members take part in an educational program run by the club that gives players opportunities to develop leadership skills that prepare them for college and life beyond the playing field.

Furthermore, board members learn how Loudoun Soccer functions behind the scenes by attending meetings and working on club events while encouraging their peers to become more active within the club. Throughout the year, the board is responsible for developing and facilitating a fundraising event in addition to a small-sided soccer tournament. The athletes are provided with meaningful and rewarding experiences by acting as ambassadors for the club and by actively contributing to our mission and our community. Junior Board members are an invaluable extension of Loudoun Soccer’s core values and exemplify the idea of developing champions for life on and off the field.
