Special Request Policy:   Occasionally players will make requests on their registration form for specific needs due to personal conflicts or hardship. Requests are also often made for reasons of convenience or personal preference. Special requests can make team formation complicated for the AGCs and put them in a position to arbitrarily accept some requests and deny others. Honoring special requests shall not be put at a higher priority than team balance. In no case shall any special request be guaranteed to be granted.

PROOF OF AGE:   Age verification is required. Please provide birth certificate, passport or DMV issued ID card by mail,  fax or walk-in.  This includes any player who has not shown proof of age, new or returning.  Weekly reminders are emailed to all players without proof of age on file and registrants will not be placed on a team until  proof of age is documented.   This is a Virginia Youth Soccer and US Youth Soccer requirement.

If you do not receive an immediate confirmation, your registration has not been completed. Log back in to complete your registration.  Registrations paid by check or cash will receive a payment confirmation upon receipt of payment.

 Online Registration Information Minimize
On-line Registration Instructions:

1.  Click on online registration link above.
2.  Affirm that you are 18 or older.
3.  Choose either the first option "New family" or  2nd option "Returning player/family option".
4.  Log in with your pin/password and your email address OR with your personal information. If you cannot remember your password, click on the "forgot  password" link. (The pin/password is a Loudoun Soccer generated password.)
5.  Follow registration through to payment section.  You will receive a confirmation email immediately regarding your registration.  If you do not receive a comfirmation, it means that there was an error somewhere in the process.

 Non Parent Volunteer Minimize

If you do not have a child playing soccer but would like to volunteer your time to help Loudoun Soccer, please submit your information via this web page.  

Loudoun Soccer welcomes any non-parent volunteer support we can get, particularly from people who have coaching experience and can take on a team that has no qualified parent volunteers.

 Proof of Age and Uniform information Minimize
New players can be registered on-line, but their registration will not be considered final until proof of age is provided.  Any returning player that has not shown proof of age will not be placed until it is provided. If you are registering a new player, please print out the registration confirmation page and fax, bring it in or mail it to Loudoun Soccer with birth certificate, passport or other official document that verifies a birth date.  The address to mail the proof of age is:

Uniforms

 
SFL players (U13-U19):  If the player does not own an SFL Uniform, with a number on it,  they will need to purchase one. The uniform kit consists of 2 jerseys and 1 pair of shorts.  The cost per player is $36 and will be added to the online registration fee. The jerseys will come in blank and will need to be numbered.
 
Mini U3, U4, U5 and U6 players will receive a shirt on the first day.
 
All new U7-U12 players will need to purchase a uniform for Spring 2010. The new uniforms are for participants that did not play in Spring or Fall 2009.  Store locations are listed under the "Uniform" section of the website.

Refund & Return Check Policies

Refund Policy

Refund requests for Spring 2012 must be postmarked or received by Friday, March 23, 2012.

Requests can be emailed, mailed, faxed, hand delivered or scanned and emailed.

The following charges will apply:

A $15 processing fee will be subtracted (per player) from any refunds. 
The $25 late fee is non-refundable. 

Please mail refund requests to PO Box 1358, Leesburg, VA 20177, hand deliver  to 302-D Industrial Ct., Leesburg, VA 20175 or  fax to 703-777-1029 or scan and email to bookkeeper@loudounsoccer.com.
  
If the initial registration was paid for by credit card, the refund will be processed back to that credit card. Check refunds will be mailed to those who paid by check.
 
No refunds will be made for cancellations due to inclement weather, injuries or other circumstances beyond our control. No refunds will be given after the first game.

WAIT LIST REFUNDS:
Players that are on the Loudoun Soccer wait list, will be refunded after the second game of the season if we are unable to place your player on a team.
