Loudoun Soccer has partnered with two hotel groups for this tournament.
The Holiday Inn, Leesburg, Virginia, a member of the Baywood Hotel Group is designated as the host hotel for the event. In addition, the Embassy Suites Dulles North and Homewood Suites Dulles North in Ashburn, Virginia are also designated hotels for the tournament. All teams accepted to the tournament with the need to stay overnight are required to secure hotel reservations through this list of hotels to secure their place in our event. Reservations must be booked no later than February 4, 2013. Any teams that do not use these hotels will be disqualified from the Loudoun College Showcase and the application fee will not be returned.
