NOTES:  * To enroll in the U7 Pre Academy or Rec TTA, a player must be registered in one of the Fall season programs.

Refund Policy

• Refund requests for FALL 2013 must be received by Friday, August 23, 2013.
• Requests can be emailed, mailed, or hand delivered.
  • Mail refund requests to Loudoun Soccer, PO Box 1358, Leesburg, VA 20177 ATTN: Bookkeeper
  • Hand deliver to 19798 Sycolin Rd, Leesburg, VA 20175
  • Email to bookkeeper@loudounsoccer.com
• If the initial registration was paid for by credit card, the refund will be processed back to that credit card.
  • Check refunds will be mailed to those who paid by check, cash or money order
• No refunds will be made for cancellations due to inclement weather, injuries or other circumstances beyond our control.
• WAIT LIST REFUNDS: Players that are on the Loudoun Soccer wait list, will be refunded in full after the second game of the season if we are unable to place your player on a team.

The following charges will apply:

• $15 processing fee will be subtracted (per player) from any refunds.  
• $25 late fee is non-refundable. 
  
  

Returned Check Policy:  A $25 fee will be charged for return checks.
