U16-U19 Suburban Friendship League

Suburban Friendship League (SFL) for U16-U19 Teams

Beginning Fall 2013, Loudoun Soccer will form teams in the U16 and U19 age groups to compete in the SFL; these teams are considered a division of the recreational program.  U11-U12 Challenge teams are now organized in a separate in-house division of Rec, similar to U9-U10 Challenge and U13-U14 Classic.

The Suburban Friendship League is a third party league that schedules games with teams from Northern Virginia soccer clubs including Loudoun Soccer; travel to away matches may be required in this program.

Teams are typically formed by town-of-play (Leesburg, Ashburn, South Riding, Purcellville).

SFL Uniforms

All players must have jerseys with unique numbers corresponding to team rosters.

Red Jersey is HOME and White Jersey is AWAY. When you play a Loudoun/Loudoun game, the home team wears RED and the away team wears WHITE. When outside of Loudoun, please confirm with your opponent on jersey color during the pre-game call/email.

Loudoun Soccer coaches must abide by the Loudoun Soccer Team Uniform Policy in order to maintain uniform standards and minimize costs for team parents.

Email Karen Corpe, the SFL Mananger at sflmanager@loudounsoccer.com if you have questions.
